What are your fees for services?

Fees vary depending on the services provided. Available services include, but are not limited to, diagnostic evaluations, developmental evaluations, psychological testing, individual, family and group therapy, parenting support, consultation and training. Please contact me directly for more information.

What payment methods do you  accept?

Payment is due in full at the time of service. You may pay with cash, check or credit/debit card. Individuals with private insurance are responsible for any co-payment amount and unsatisfied deductible required by their insurance plan.  Reports, test results, and medical records will not be released prior to payment for services. *A $35.00 fee will be charged for each returned check in addition to the owed amount.

Can you bill my insurance?

Of course! I currently accept Blue Advantage, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, HealthSCOPE, Qualchoice, and Health Advantage.

As a courtesy to you, I will verify your insurance benefits prior to your first appointment.  For all other insurances, I am an out-of-network provider and I will provide you with a receipt of services that you may submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. It is advised that you call your insurance company to verify your out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health services. Please be aware that filing for services is no guarantee for payment. Should your insurance deny the claim, you are responsible to pay in full for services rendered.

What if I can't pay at the time of service?

Outstanding balances will be subject to a 10% late fee, compounded monthly.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, for any reason, please call our office with at least 24 hours advance notice. Clients will be charged the full rate of the improperly rescheduled or cancelled appointment. Clients arriving 16 minutes late or later will be regarded as a no-show and will be charged the full rate for the missed appointment. Clients with 3 improperly rescheduled/cancelled or missed appointments will be discharged and no longer able to schedule an appointment. Rescheduled/cancelled or missed appointments will be charged to the valid credit card on file (required)
